UTV Rentals are booked online.
FULL DAY RENTAL: 8 A.M. TO 4 P.M.
HALF DAY AM: 8 A.M. TO 12 P.M.
HALF DAY PM: 1 P.M. TO 5 P.M.
UTV Rental Terms & Conditions:Renter MUST be a minimum age of 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.
Driver MUST be a minimum age of 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
ALL drivers and passengers are required to wear helmets, regardless of age.
(Helmets are included with all rentals.)
Drivers and passengers must wear safety gear when operating or riding in the vehicle.
Minor passengers must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 25.
A damage waiver with a max out of pocket expense of $3000.00 is included with you UTV rental. For an additional fee of $50.00+tax, the damage waiver max out of pocket expense is reduced to $1500.00.
Machines come with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas.
Renters agree to pay for all parts and labor.
Labor rates: $95/hr.
Rescue rates: $95/hr.
Renters agree to a 7-day cancellation policy.
Payment in full is required at the time of booking. If cancelled outside of the 7-day window, all funds except $50.00 (plus tax) will be refunded. (per rental). If cancelled inside the 7-day window, no refund will be issued. (per day, per rental) NO exceptions.
NO REFUNDS will be given for early returns.(Please note that our third-party booking company, FareHarbor, charges a non-refundable 6% processing fee for all online bookings.)

No-shows will be charged the full price of rental.
